JOINT BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING

March 29, 2005

A joint meeting of the Board of Directors and Board of Directors was held on Tuesday, March 29, 2005 in the School’s Library Classroom.

Present were:

Jim Mercier, Director

Lynn Dickinson, Director

Nilda Gonnella-French, Director

Donna Corrigan, Director

Tom Koldys, Trustee

Jack Brigham, Trustee

Marilyn Grunewald, Superintendent of Schools (FCSU)

I. CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order at 6:35 PM by Jim Mercier, Chair of the Board of Directors, who presided, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance by all who attended.

II. EXECUTIVE SESSION

A motion was made at 6:37 PM by Lynn Dickinson and seconded by Nilda Gonnella-French to enter into Executive Session to discuss personnel issues. Motion carried unanimously.

A motion was made at 8:00 PM by Lynn Dickinson and seconded by Nilda Gonnella-French to exit Executive Session. Motion carried unanimously.

III. ADJOURNMENT

A motion was made at 8:01 PM by Lynn Dickinson and seconded by Nilda Gonnella-French to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried unanimously.
