A meeting of the Board of Directors was held on Tuesday, May 17, 2005

Present were:

Jim Mercier

Donna Corrigan

Lynn Dickinson

Nilda Gonnella-French

Marilyn Grunewald, FSCU Superintendent

1. CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM by Jim Mercier, Chair, who presided.

2. EXECUTIVE SESSION

A motion was at 6:04 PM by Donna Corrigan and seconded by Lynn Dickinson to enter into Executive Session to discuss personnel issues and the principal search. Motion carried unanimously.

A motion was made at 6:45 PM by Donna Corrigan and seconded by Nilda Gonnella-French to exit Executive Session. Motion carried unanimously.

A motion was made by Donna Corrigan to approve the appointment of Judy Brietmeyer for the Guidance Counselor position and seconded by Lynn Dickinson. Motion carried unanimously.

A motion was made by Lynn Dickinson to advertise for a Special Ed psychologist and seconded by Donna Corrigan. Motion carried unanimously.

A motion was made by Lynn Dickinson and seconded by Donna Corrigan to approve the Property and Liability Insurance plans with Hickok & Boardman for 2005-2006 school year. Motion carried unanimously.

A motion was made by Donna Corrigan and seconded by Lynn Dickinson to have the district treasurer, Kathleen Robistow, request an extension of 45 days to pay off the $90,000.00 note that was issued on June 4, 2004. Motion carried unanimously.

3. ADJOURNMENT

A motion was made by Lynn Dickinson and seconded by Donna Corrigan to adjourn at 6:55 PM. Motion carried unanimously.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:55 PM.
