Special Board Meeting

February 27, 2007

 

Present for a quorum:  Donna Corrigan, Al Corey, Jim Mercier, and Nilda Gonnella-French

 

Absent:  Sally Lindberg

 

Administration:  Marilyn Grunewald, Superintendent, FCSU; Ned Caron, Principal; and Martha Gagner, Business Manager

 

  1. Call to Order:  Jim Mercier called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

 

2.   Executive Session: 

 

Nilda Gonnella-French made the motion to enter Executive Session at 7:33 p.m. for personnel issues; Donna Corrigan seconded the motion, with all in favor.  Motion carried 4-0.

 

Al Corey made the motion to come out of Executive Session at 7:35 p.m. for personnel issues; Donna Corrigan seconded the motion, with all in favor.  Motion carried 4-0.

 

No action taken.

 

3.   Adjourn

 

Motion made by Donna Corrigan and seconded by Al Corey to adjourn at 7:40 p.m.  Motion passed 4-0.
